WHILE attending a conference in Oxford, England, on Sept. 5, Prince William, a former air ambulance pilot, spoke about the importance of addressing the mental health issues facing first responders. The audience listened attentively, but they had something else on their minds: After William wrapped up his speech, a member congratulated him on the recent announcement that he and his wife, Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, are expecting their third child. “Thank you, it’s very good news,” William gushed. “There’s not much sleep going on at the moment.”
