AMC Alum Christopher Lawford Dead At 63

Christopher Lawford, remembered by ALL MY CHILDREN fans for his run as Charlie Brent (1992-96), and who also appeared on GH in 2003 as Senator Jordan, passed away on September 5 at the age of 63 after suffering a heart attack.

The actor was the son of the late Peter Lawford and Patricia Kennedy, and the nephew of the late John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy and Ted Kennedy, and was known not only for his acting, but as a leader in the addiction recovery movement. In 2005, his autobiographical Symptoms of Withdrawal: A Memoir of Snapshots and Redemption was a New York Times best-seller.
