DISGRACED billionaire Jeffrey Epstein was murdered in his New York City prison cell — and The National ENQUIRER has obtained chilling autopsy photos proving a cover-up!

The grisly images show a cut on the convicted pedophile’s neck and an orange bedsheet fashioned into a makeshift noose that he reportedly used to hang himself.

But forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden — who was hired by the prisoner’s brother, Mark Epstein, to oversee his autopsy — charged the images show foul play!

“The evidence indicates he was murdered,” Baden told The ENQUIRER. “The photographs indicate a ligature — a noose — was used that doesn’t quite fit the wound on the neck.”

He believes Epstein’s death was consistent with strangulation, noting breaks to his right thyroid cartilage and left hyoid bone, which he’d “never seen in a suicidal hanging.”

Baden said he and the pathologist who conducted the autopsy, Dr. Kristin Roman, agreed to note its results were pending further investigation.

Despite that, the New York City Chief Medical Examiner Barbara Sampson declared the sleazy sex trafficker’s Aug. 10 death a suicide — and has staunchly stood by that claim!
