It was meant to show the world just how madly in love they are. Instead, Justin and Hailey Bieber’s candid interview with Vogue magazine has exposed the tell-tale cracks in their marriage, and they’re now reportedly battling to keep their relationship afloat just six months in. Yikes!

Presented as a “first look” inside their life as a married couple, the accompanying photo shoot looked almost picture-perfect. But it wasn’t even a case of needing to read between the lines – with Hailey shattering their fairytale image right off the bat! “The thing is, marriage is very hard,” the model admitted straightaway. “It’s really effing hard.”

And it’s even more difficult when you get hitched so young, after a whirlwind three-month romance! “It’s been so hard for me to trust people,” explained Justin, 24. “One of the big things for me is trusting myself. I’ve made some bad decisions personally, and in relationships... It’s been difficult for me even to trust Hailey. We’ve been working through stuff. And it’s great, right?”

Is that the sound of someone who’s trying hard to convince themselves? Because even Hailey, 22, doesn’t sound like she’s totally on board!
