Das continued –Jharkhand makes the backbone of the Make in India mission, with 40 per cent of India’s mineral wealth in its womb and on fast track to become power hub of the country by 2019. It is the most investment-ready state with uncluttered vision and a robust roadmap. We rank among the best, in terms of business reforms, and have instituted best practices for fast-forward investments, based on DIPP (Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion) guidelines.
