B Right Real Estate Ltd., a Mumbai-based reputed Real Estate and Construction company, is coming out with a Public Issue of 28,99,200 Equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 153 per Equity share including premium of Rs 143 per share aggregating to Rs 44.35 Crore. The shares will be listed on SME platform of BSE Ltd. Issue opens on 30th June, 2022 and closes on 5th July, 2022. Gretex Corporate Services Ltd. is the sole lead manager and Registrar to the Issue is Purva Share Registry Pvt. Ltd.
