There are multiple advantages of using 4D/BIM technologies during project execution.

All the drawings are recorded in a three-dimensional state. It starts with the basic things LOD 100, LOD 150, etc, wherein, LOD means level of details. For example, if its LOD 300 or 350 – we can also incorporate all the MEP piping, cables and others such related things can be captured.

When we do construction – all the activities must follow smoothly and there mustn’t be any clash. It must not happen that a fire fighting pipe is being placed and in the same space the HVAC duct is coming up. If such things happen then we face lot of issues such as drawings need to be relooked and work must be redone – even projects get delayed.
