What are some of the noticeable changes in the Indian real estate market? How would you say, you have met all its challenges? Briefly tell us about your firm.

Ashit Vora: Be it the first unitized facade project in Gujarat or an iconic structure like Shivalik Shilp, we have been pioneers of fenestration in Gujarat. With Shivalik Shilp, we got an opportunity to work with Shivalik Group, INI studio, FES and Schueco.

Tell us about the uniqueness of the project.

Vora: With degrees ranging from 00, 70, 100 and 300, the elevation of the building compounded with degrees varying from 900, 830 and 930 in the plan. Bhrugu Gangadia from INI studio and Taral Shah from Shivalik Group made it happen.
