Greenbase Industrial & Logistics Park (A Niranjan Hiranandani Group & Blackstone JV) has announced the lease deal of 2 lakh sq-ft built to suit industrial space for Jost India, a global leader in manufacturing of components for commercial vehicles and agricultural equipment.

The lease deal is signed for the tenure of 10 years at its self-sustainable mixed used integrated township Hiranandani Parks, Oragadam in South-West Chennai spread across 400 acres.
