When in Railways, he revolutionised the way passengers’ woes were addressed through pro-active social media intervention. Now, in charge of flagship missions such as Make in India, Prabhu is busy writing another success story. In an interview with BW Businessworld’s Suman K. Jha, Prabhu outlines his priorities.
