WE NEVER HAVE TIME for exercise. We have to make time. We never have time for organising a healthy meal even though we have time to organise large office events and conferences. We have to make time. Every single day that we spend prioritising work, meetings, other things and put off getting healthy for another day, we are losing time to gain energy, stamina, and endurance so that we can work harder, smarter, and walk towards our success. Good health and good fortune are connected. How?

Being healthy makes your brain work sharper. You want to be known as that reliable person in the organisation who comes up with the most creative ideas and has the energy to execute things faster. This can happen if your state of mind and health is stable. People with poor health will experience poor sleep quality, lethargy, digestive issues like bloating, acidity and late afternoon energy slump. All these negatively impact your work output and your reputation.
