We love quality engineering here at PS. We love a great British success story, too. Lancashire based motorcycle manufacturer CCM excel at the former and are very much the latter as well. Formed back in 1970 after keen amateur scrambler Alan Clews built himself a BSA-powered racer, which was so good he was persuaded to sell it – along with the next few he built before he’d had a chance to race them – and instead ended up starting a whole new bike building firm.

Fettled Kettle
Tony Edwards, it’s fair to say, is obsessed with Harris Magnums. He’d never seen a Kettle engined Magnum 2, so he set about building one. Two years (and thirty four grand later) here it is.
