Jai Verma (played by Siddharth Malhotra) is a math genius.

Failing to see a future with his childhood sweetheart Diya Kapoor (Katrina Kaif), he and Diya enter into a heated debate. Getting a cold feet on the eve of his wedding with Diya, Jai drinks to the extent of passing out. He wakes up into the future. What follows is a series of flash-forwards and flashbacks. They build the plot of Baar Baar Dekho, and make it intriguing. Directed by Nitya Mehra and produced by Farhan Akhtar, the movie features the Optare Solo in a scene where Jai’s time travel to 2047 as a 60-year old marks a defining moment. Boarding the Optare Solo electric bus in London, Jai runs into Panditji (Rajit Kapur) as his co-passenger. The conversation Jai and Panditji
