July - August 2017

In 1914, the Maserati brothers opened the Officine Alfieri Maserati in Bologna, Italy. A little over a century on, it has introduced the Ghibli and Ghibli S to Hong Kong.

Driven By Heritage

The Maserati brothers established their eponymous marque 14 years into the 20th century. This long tradition means that its heritage is instilled into its cars, and while its heart may be firmly rooted in Italy, its eyes are firmly focused on the future. With this in mind, the carmaker recently introduced the Ghibli and Ghibli S models to Hong Kong; they offer new advances in on-board comfort and driver assistance technology and an even higher degree of customisation thanks to the new Luxury and Sport packages.

To Heal & to Help

As China’s urbanisation continues to speed along, generic architecture is becoming the norm, as is the wholesale demolition of older, more ‘traditional’ structures. Taking a stance against this is the Angdong Hospital, for which Joshua Bolchover and John Lin of Rural Urban Framework won the first RIBA International Emerging Architect prize in late 2016.
