There could be many reasons, but the fact is our breasts change with age—and not always for the better. It’s time to take the bull by its horns and reclaim the lost youth with firm determination. BHG tells you how.

Some of our body image issues are literally out there. Our grouse against our skin, height, weight and even our appearance are relatively easy topics to talk about. But there’s one thing we’d rather discuss within the confines of our girl gang—our breasts. Sadly, age is cruel and your once-perky breasts will fall prey sooner or later. The good news, though, is that for every kind of common problem, there’s a solution that can make life way simpler (and happier). Whether your breasts have become droopy, too big, too small or uneven, the point is to explore the many ways in which you can bring about a positive change.
But first, we should know that some amount of alteration will happen naturally as we grow older. Postpregnancy, it’s also common for the nipples to grow bigger and for the skin to lose its elasticity and begin to sag. These are all but common and usually cosmetic concerns that can be fixed.
WHAT’S YOUR PROBLEM?
There’s a clear demarcation between someone who’s voluptuous and someone who suffers from breast hyperplasia or abnormally big breasts. “Sometimes, the breasts can grow disproportionately big in relation to the rest of the body. This is what is called hypertrophy of the breasts. The problem here is not just low self-esteem
