'This spice cured my chronic back pain!'
Woman's World

After decades of unrelenting back pain, Patti Tucker, 61, felt like nothing would ever change - until she found the cause and the natural cure that gave her back her life

Waking up to see the sun shining brightly outside her window, Patti Tucker decided to start her day with a run around the neighborhood. But as she got out of bed, all-too-familiar back pain stopped her in her tracks. Another day of not being able to do what I love, Patti sighed, leaving her sneakers in the closet. In her 30s, Patti had suffered a go-cart accident and was left with chronic back pain that, as an active person and a runner, threatened to steal the things she loved most from her.
Every day for over 25 years, Patti found herself in extreme pain, seeking out everything she could think of to find relief.
One practitioner suggested fascial release, a type of gentle massage of the tissue that covers the muscles, to no avail. Deeper tissue massage also did nothing, nor did the numerous chiropractors she consulted.
Finally, desperate for relief, Patti decided to see an orthopedic doctor, who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatments of disorders of the bones, joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles. Maybe I can glean some information from him— and finally get the answers I’ve been searching for, because I can’t go on living like this forever.
A spicy cure
