"I healed my slow thyroid with a sea plant!

When Vivian Nosti was told taking medication for the rest of her life was the only way to cure her debilitating hypothyroid symptoms, she took healing into her own hands. Here, she shares her story

Every morning upon waking up, the same thought would echo in my mind, How will I get up today? "For months, I had been experiencing awful symptomshair loss, constipation, "depression, severe cold in my extremities and the type of fatigue that settled into my bones.

"I also had gained 60 pounds despite working out. Every doctor I consulted dismissed me, insisting, 'It's your age. You're in perimenopause and there is nothing you can do about it.' I was in my 40s.

"Fed up, I turned to a functional endocrinologist, who finally diagnosed me with hypothyroidism, nodules on my thyroid and a goiter, but said I'd need medication for life.

"Is there any other option?' I asked.
