People today are suffering badly because of food poverty and it's so sad. The problem is worse when you don't know how to cook properly. Food is especially expensive when you buy pre-cooked meals. It's great now we're heading towards summer that we don't have to put the heater on but many are still feeling the pinch. People shouldn't feel embarrassed about using food banks. I have, myself, been in a situation where I didn't know where the next meal was coming from. I know what financial difficulty is like. It's very scary.
