Everyone's talking about weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro. As they grow in popularity, the long-term effects of taking them remain unknown. 'Weight-loss injections continue to be extremely popular,' says GP Dr Donald Grant, senior clinical advisor at The Independent Pharmacy.* 'While some people are overjoyed about the medication's impact and results, others remain cautious about the health impacts.' *Common side effects of weight-loss medication include headaches, nausea, fatigue and constipation,' adds Dr Grant. But there are ways to help dampen down your appetite without having to take drugs.
