As the newly appointed 41st National President of FICCI FLO, what are your goals and what strategies do you intend to implement to accomplish them?

As the President of FICCI FLO, I would like to take forward our agenda with the theme of "COLLECTIVE VISION, COLLABORATIVE ACTION", making FLO an aspirational organisation for women across the country. We will drive empowerment initiatives focused on digital literacy and practical guidance on utilising digital devices and the Internet, starting with strengthening Microsoft's skilling programmes and forging partnerships with organisations like NIIT and Amity to enhance both rural and urban education.
