CHRISTMAS TRAVEL made simple

It's Christmastime, and you and every other person is looking forward to getting away for a well-deserved break. The airports are crowded, chaos has replaced season's cheer and your stress levels have reached an all-time high.

Ho, ho, no! But there are ways to help you set off on holiday relatively unscathed. Here are 10 tips to ensure you embark on your journey with your merry mood intact...

1 BOOK YOUR RIDE IN ADVANCE

You're all ready to go to the airport and see the demand is huge for your ride there. Whether you decide on an Uber or taxi to the airport, save any stress and be sure you book in advance, at least the night before.

2 DOWNLOAD THE MAPS YOU

NEED Wifi access is not always guaranteed, especially when you're far off the beaten track. Plan ahead and pre-download all the maps you need via the Google Maps or AllTrails app that way, you have them offline.
