Blueberry Spritzers

Rosemary adds a surprising savory note to these kid-friendly sparklers—for an adults-only version, stir a splash of citrus vodka into each drink

¼ cup blueberries + additional

¼ cup sugar

2 sprigs fresh rosemary + additional Ice cubes

8 oz. white cranberry juice

1 (1 liter) btle. seltzer water

image① In pot, mix ¼ cup blueberries, sugar, 2 sprigs rosemary and ½ cup water; over medium heat, cook until sugar dissolves and berries pop, 4 min. Transfer to bowl; cool. Push through strainer.

② In ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine 4 oz. cranberry juice and half of syrup. Cover; shake 30 sec. Strain into 3 ice-filled glasses; top with seltzer water. Repeat to make 3 more drinks. Garnish with additional blueberries and rosemary.

For an adults-only version, add 1½ oz. citrus vodka to each drink.

Prep this ooey-gooey good dish the night before, then all that's left to do is pop it into the oven when ready to serve

6 cups cubed day-old French bread

2½ cups milk

3 cups broccoli florets, about 6 oz.

1 Tbs. oil

8 oz. mushrooms, quartered

2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

1 cup diced ham

2 scallions, thinly sliced + additional

1½ cups shredded Swiss cheese

4 eggs
