Samsung Music Frame

Isita photo frame? Itis aspeaker? It's both
-

The Music Frame is Samsung's attempt to blend audio and lifestyle - a wireless speaker that doubles as a picture frame. It can be hung on the wall or set on a table, and you can play music wirelessly through it. At the time of writing the Music Frame costs 22K, which is still far more than we would have anticipated, and it does mean our expectations of quality and execution are high. Wireless speaker rivals at around this level include the Sonos Era 300 and Audio Pro C20 - both five-star products.
Construction feels sturdy and robust, and it is rather heavy at 5.9kg. The wall mount kit and instructions are helpfully included, and the stand is also easy to install. The Music Frame needs to be plugged into the mains to work, so there is a cable trailing from under the unit.
The photo-frame aspect of this speaker itself is customisable in two ways: a standard photo print and the swappable art panel. The full art panel covering the Frame is made of acrylic and measures 33 x 33cm; it can be lifted off the unit and detached easily (and popped back in securely) and there is a slot at the back of this panel to insert a printed photo.
Swapping out the photo print in the frame is easy to do; if you want to replace the full art panel, however, you'll need to order this online at a substantial additional cost per panel. If you like changing your interior style a lot, this can start to add up.

Pro-Ject nails the affordable Bluetooth turntable recipe
There are some combinations that work beautifully, even if you wouldn't necessarily consider putting them together in the first place. Beans on toast is an odd combination when you think about it, as is surf and turf, while carrots in a cake has no right to be as good as it is. Mixing poached eggs with smoked salmon is essentially combining poultry and fish, but no one complains when a bougie brunch spot has Eggs Royale on the menu, do they?
