Projectors are inherently designed for an indoor setup. But you would find a few outliers that want you to enjoy projection outdoors like the BenQ GS50 we are reviewing this month. The jack-in-the-box styled projector comes in a vibrant colourway that brings a fresh breath of air to otherwise mundanely-designed projectors.

Dominated by white over the front, top and back, the green-coloured rubberised sides create a very unique look along with a faux-leather handle to carry it around. The functional design is said to be IPX2 splash-proof that will protect itself from light water splashes and drop-proof to up to 2.3m in height, thanks to the 1mm-thick waterproof TPU inner layer and a drop-proof outer resin.
