Apple's big Fitness+ update brings strength, yoga and Strava together

Apple has significantly enhanced its Fitness+ platform (*1,099/month, apple.com) with its most substantial update ever. This comprehensive overhaul introduces a variety of programs aimed at elevating users' fitness journeys.
A notable addition is the Three Perfect Weeks of Strength program, comprising 12 guided 30-minute workouts over three weeks. Each week emphasises a distinct training focus: Progressive Overload, Time Under Tension and Dynamic Power, systematically targeting major muscle groups to build strength.
The update also includes the Yoga Peak Poses program, offering sessions concentrating on mastering advanced poses such as Dancer, Twisted Hand to Big Toe and Crow.
