This latest iteration of Amazon’s eBook reader is also the lightest and most compact Kindle ever.

It comes with a 6-inch, glare-free, 300 ppi high-resolution display, offering three times more pixels than the previous iteration. Similarly, it also has a dedicated dark mode and adjustable front light to offer a comfortable reading experience in bright sunlight or no-light conditions. It still offers technologies like X-Ray that offers important details about people or places mentioned in a book. The device also has a built-in dictionary, and the Kindle can be easily set up on an iOS or an Android smartphone using the Kindle app.

When compared to the previous mode, the new Kindle offers 16GB of internal storage, which is twice that of its predecessor. On top of that, it also has a USB Type-C port for charging, and a single charge can last up to 6 weeks. This Kindle is designed with sustainability in mind and is built using 90 percent recycled magnesium and the packaging is made using 100 per cent wood-fibre-based material. Amazon has also launched new fabric covers in Black, Rose, Denim, and Dark Emerald finish.
