Verbatim AWC-02
PC Pro
|February 2023
The over-eager auto focus can annoy, but if you only have £35 to spend then this is a competent webcam
PRICE £29 (£35 inc VAT) from box.co.uk
There's one excellent reason why you probably don't associate Verbatim with webcams; until now, it hasn't made them. But the Taiwanese storage media specialist has decided that it can bring something different to market, with its opening silo being three units: the AWC-01, AWC-02 and, you may have guessed this, the AWC-03.
The first two are both 1080p webcams, with the only difference between them being that the AWC-02 has a built-in light ring. The AWC-03 offers 4K and dual microphones compared to the single mic in the 1080p offerings.
