Syed Sajjadh Ali Managing Director, Electrical Sector, India, Eaton.
Eaton is revolutionising power management with groundbreaking innovations in UPS, RMUs, and protection systems for renewable energy and EVs. The $25 billion company headquartered in Dublin has been present in India for 25 years. As the company expands across Asia, its cutting-edge solutions enhance efficiency, sustainability, and digital intelligence. Syed Sajjad spoke to EPR at Elecrama 2025, giving insights into the current tech solutions and the expansion plans.
How will Eaton’s newly launched 9395XR UPS impact the power management industry?
We have been expanding rapidly across Asia, and this year, we are launching several cutting-edge products. One of our key innovations is the 9395XR, a 1.5 MW UPS with an ultra-compact footprint of less than 1.5 square meters—unmatched in the industry. Each 125 kW power module is hot-swappable and scalable, ensuring flexibility and reliability. We are also introducing a complete range of solar MCCBs, reinforcing our leadership in the renewable sector. These products, designed and manufactured in India, will significantly boost market accessibility and customer proximity.
