As a joint venture between HPCL and Colas SA, how does HINCOL strategically leverage Indo-French synergies to bring global bitumen innovation to Indian infrastructure projects?

The synergy between HPCL and Colas SA enables us to combine deep local market insights with globally proven technologies. While HPCL contributes its nationwide footprint and expertise in petroleum infrastructure, Colas SA brings cutting-edge innovation and best practices from across Europe. This enables us to rapidly adapt and deploy advanced bituminous technologies, such as polymer-modified bitumen, high-modulus bitumen, trackless emulsions, and cold mix formulations tailored to Indian road conditions.

With the growing demand for climate-resilient infrastructure in India, how is HINCOL advancing its product portfolio, especially in high-performance and sustainable bitumen formulations?

We've enhanced our product lineup to include Performance Grade Bitumen and High Modulus Binders, which perform exceptionally well under heavy traffic and extreme temperatures. Our Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen (CRMB) incorporates recycled rubber, enhancing both elasticity and durability. These products not only improve pavement longevity but also help reduce carbon footprints and promote greener construction practices.

Our technical teams work closely with contractors and consultants, providing end-to-end support from design through to execution.
