How do you approach project planning and procurement to ensure timely delivery and quality control?

At Rachana Construction Limited, we believe in starting strong—right from the planning stage. Every project is different, so our first step is understanding the full scope, from technical requirements to site conditions. We set a realistic timeline and break it into phases so nothing gets overlooked or delayed. This planning helps us know when, what to procure, and what quantities.

Procurement is integrated into the work schedule. We don't wait until the last moment. Materials, machinery, and manpower are aligned with each phase in advance. When timelines are tight or resources are scarce, this early planning makes a difference.

Quality control is constant, not something we check only at the end. Our team on site carries out regular inspections, and we also bring in third-party labs to test key materials—especially for large infrastructure like highways or water structures. This hands-on, step-by-step approach helps us keep things on track and up to the mark.
