With a relentless work rate, a powerful ball-carrying prowess, plus a maturity beyond his years, it's little wonder that Rob Baxter rejoiced when the 21-year-old recently committed his long-term future to the Devon club.

While Fisilau represents what promises to be a bright future, Exeter's rebuilding phase with a plethora of equally talented youngsters remains a work in progress.
