In fact, her fifth studio album is one she says is "positive" and "celebratory".

Redknapp, 50, says the title, taken from a single on the album, was always the first choice for her.

"I think when I started writing this album, I wrote a couple of songs, and you're finding your path, where you want to go... I knew I wanted it to be different," she explains.

"Sometimes it takes just one song to really navigate exactly where you want that new sound to sit. I think Confessions was the song.
