Tide turns at former wine merchant site

A new bar and tap room is set to move into a former wine merchants in Leeds city centre following council approval.
Talking Tides Brew Co Ltd, a brewery based and located in Marske-by-the-Sea, North Yorkshire, lodged a change of use application for 5 Cherry Tree Walk, which until May 2024 was the home of Latitude Wine. The premises have remained empty since the previous occupant, a wine merchant, relocated to The Calls after outgrowing the venue it called home for 16 years.
