Sailing adventure a 'bon voyage' for cancer survivor

A young cancer survivor from Leeds enjoyed a transformational sailing trip this month provided by the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust.
Tegan Clarke diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in 2018 took part in a four-day sailing adventure from Largs on the West Coast of Scotland. It was organised by the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust which aims to inspire 8-24-year-olds to believe in a brighter future with and beyond cancer.
For Tegan, now 25, the experience was a rewarding adventure that gave her the chance to meet people she could relate to. She said: "I think I needed this sailing trip for a bit of clarity. I feel like I've gained a lot out of it.
