The CIPD is calling for support from the Government and employers to help old older workers reskill and stay in employment, after new research revealed older workers are most at risk of being left behind by transformative trends reshaping the world of work and skills required for future jobs.
The analysis from the CIPD's new Lifelong learning in the reskilling era report explores key megatrends that are transforming the UK labour market, including the ageing workforce, the transition to a net zero economy and artificial intelligence (AI).
