Hundreds of vehicles, including trucks and passenger cars, were stranded for the third straight day on the ChandigarhManali Highway asa key toll plaza in Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu remained submerged under swollen waters of the Beas River. Incessant monsoon rain has triggered multiple landslides, washing away large sections of the road and turning the busy highway into a raging stream.
