Headlining Miscellaneous & Collectables is a WWI period sketchbook containing 45 mainly coloured sketches depicting wartime views including trench scenes, battlefields, etc., many dated and titled in pencil, with further pencil inscription to inside cover ‘Lieut. F Holmes, 2/23, London Regt, France 1916. This comes with an early 20th century sketchbook containing a quantity of pen and ink and pencil sketches depicting London views.
