Study shows jobs most at risk from AI

NEW research has revealed the jobs most in danger of being supplanted by AI within the next year.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) conducted a survey involving more than 2,000 employers regarding their recruitment, redundancy and pay plans for the upcoming year.
The study disclosed that one in six (17%) employers anticipate AI will diminish their workforce over the next year, with two thirds (62%) predicting clerical, junior managerial, professional or administrative roles are most likely to be lost.
One in four (26%) employers in large private sector firms foresee their workforce contracting, compared with 17% in the private sector and 20% in the public sector.
