Shoplifter banned after targeting stores in capital

A PERSISTENT shoplifter has been banned from every Boots and One Stop shop in a Welsh city.

Christopher Storer, pictured left, was hit with the banning order after raiding a Boots shop in Llanrumney, Cardiff, 10 times in the space of just a week in October this year, stealing a haul of toiletries worth more than £1,100.
