A VIOLENT man strangled his partner at a friend’s home after they had an argument about “unfaithfulness”.

He went on to turn up outside her house and grabbed her, saying “You're coming with me”.
Abul Kalam, 47, assaulted his then-girlfriend on June 6 after they had been at a friend's house in Cardiff. He grabbed hold of her throat with both hands and squeezed, to the point the victim felt “suffocated” and felt panicked, but she did not lose consciousness.
