IT IS said that once you bid on an auction property the hammer goes down, virtually or at an actual real-world auction, that you also own everything that's still inside the building unless the legal pack and auction details state otherwise, of course.

With some auction lots that might be some furniture that may, or may not, be a bonus for the buyer, sometimes there's an old car hiding in a garage.
