Western Mail
|September 24, 2025
POLICE have confirmed they are examining two bullets recovered from a property that is alleged to have been the subject of a suspected shooting.
-
Officers were called to reports of a shooting at a property on Maes Glas, in Pyle at around 3.30am on Monday.
The occupant of the property reported to police hearing a loud bang before finding two holes in the glass panel of the front door. Bullets have been recovered from the property as part of the ongoing investigation, and police are continuing to appeal for anyone in the area at the time to come forward with any information.
A neighbouring resident who wished to remain anonymous told a Western Mail reporter at the scene on Monday they heard gunshots and saw a number of people outside the property dressed in dark clothes.
