ALEX Biggar, wife of Wales legend Dan Biggar, posted an emotional tribute to her husband after he announced his retirement from all rugby.
-
Biggar made the announcement on Monday that he would be hanging up his boots after a glittering 18-year career.
‘The fly-half started his career at the Ospreys before moving on to Northampton Saints in 2018 and the onto current club Toulon four years later.
He also won 112 caps for Wales, and scored 631 points, making him the fourth-highest points scorer in history.
“The end of an era, but the beginning of so much more,’ his wife said on Instagram in response to his decision to call time on his carer.
“Dan, words can’t describe how proud we are of everything you've achieved. From the little boy with big dreams to the man who has given everything to the game he loves.
