CHARLTON Horethorne CE Primary School is celebrating an outstanding report following its recent Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS), which praised the school's strong Christian vision, inclusive ethos, and commitment to pupil and staff wellbeing.

The report commended the school for "enabling pupils and adults to flourish and live life to the full," in line with its vision: 'Learning together in friendship and faith.'

The inspection found that the school provides "exceptional care" and places a high priority on the wellbeing of all members of its community.

The inspection noted that the school's Christian values are embedded in daily life and contribute to a "very happy school where pupils learn and play together," with incidents of poor behaviour being rare.
