A MAN who broke into a stranger's house in the middle of the night an stood at the foot of their bed in a sinister fashion has been jailed.

- by OLIVIER VERGNAULT

Over the course of a year, beginning in September 2024, Jarrod Westlake harassed a man and his partner at their home in Falmouth by coming into the house uninvited, pacing up and down in their garden and even breaking in while drunk, demanding to see them and brandishing a bottle of vodka.

On one occasion Westlake was asked to leave the property but hung around outside for 45 minutes, hiding in bushes.
