Young and Emanuel out for Cardiff in semi-final

CARDIFF will go into their Super Rygbi Cymru semi-final against Newport at the Arms Park today (kick-off 2.30pm) without two of their stand-out stars of the season to date.

Such has been the impact made by Wales U20 caps Matty Young and Steff Emanuel that they have both been included in the Cardiff Rugby squad currently chasing a first play-off place in their history in the BKT United Rugby Championship in South Africa.
Emanuel has already made his senior debut this season, while Young has been training regularly with the senior squad and has impressed with his consistent performances at full back for “The Rags”. He was a try scorer in last weekend's quarter-final win over Bridgend.
