IMAGES RELEASED OF TWO HORSES ABUSED BY MAN

THE RSPCA has released images of the horses targeted by a perverted stables volunteer.

CCTV footage from Ynyscrug livery yard in Tonyrefail, Rhondda Cynon Taf, revealed 26-year-old Corey Coleman had been using a mare to arouse stallions before entering their stables and sexually abusing them.

Merthyr Tydfil magistrates handed down an eight-week prison term, suspended for 12 months, after he admitted he had an "unhealthy interest" in horses and pleaded guilty to four offences.

Coleman was prosecuted by the RSPCA animal welfare charity, which has now issued images of two horses exploited for his twisted fantasies.

RSPCA inspector Keith Hogben said a plastic container belonging to Coleman was found outside the stable of a palomino stallion named Benny, one of the horses targeted. "In this container was a bottle of baby lotion that was also seen in the CCTV videos," said Mr Hogben.

A vet who examined footage of the abuse said it was "notable that Mr Coleman repeatedly offers his bare forearm to the stallion to nuzzle and mouth on".
