It’s an apt introduction to our stay in this most wholesome of retreats. Cabü is a grassy field of 20 luxurious cabins abutting the seawall in St Margarets, one of those quiet coastal villages in Kent’s forgotten triangle, where Dungeness stretches a lazy elbow out into the English Channel.
