'MY BEST IDEAS COME TO ME WHILE I'M WALKING'
The Sunday Mirror
|October 19, 2025
Florence Achery, 49, from South East London, organises and hosts yoga and wellness retreats and understands exactly why happy habits change your life.

"My happy habits are simple. I have daily walks with my dogs. My lunchtime walk in particular is a very happy place for me. I go out without my phone — just my two girls and my keys.
"Going off grid for an hour is important for my sanity. Some of my best ideas come to me as I am outdoors walking. Getting some fresh air in the middle of the day helps to refresh my brain. Nature has a magic way of recharging your batteries.
