Garima Saikia Garg, wife of the late singer Zubeen Garg, has broken her silence in an emotional interview with the TSG, expressing disappointment over the conduct of those who accompanied the singer on his final trip to Singapore when he had gone there to attend the Northeast Festival.

In an exclusive conversation with TSG, Garima reflected on her emotions over the loss of her husband, Zubeen Garg.

Q. Five people, including those close to Zubeen, have been arrested so far. Do you believe his inner circle broke his trust?

A.Garima Garg: It seems like people who were around him, who were with him and whom we trusted the most, didn’t take care of him. When he needed it the most, it was pure negligence on their part, also on the organiser’s part. I mean not just the organiser of the North East Festival and the organisers of the yacht party.

Q. What are your expectations from the ongoing SIT and CID investigation?
